The Cascades Hotel At Sun City Resort, Sun City

The hotel had a horrible smell coming from the bathroom drains which made it unbearable, especially at night. The rooms were not secure, leading to baboons raiding them, and there was visible mold. Noise from kids could be heard until late. However, the staff provided superior service with a perfect attitude.

Despite a few minor issues, my stay at the hotel was delightful. The room was quiet, peaceful, and equipped with everything I needed, although I encountered some problems with the air conditioning. The staff at the Peninsula restaurant were friendly and helpful, but they seemed a bit overwhelmed at times. The hotel's location is absolutely beautiful for leisurely walks, and the exclusive access for guests added to the relaxing atmosphere. Dining experiences varied, with some fantastic moments but some disappointments as well. Overall, the facilities were top-notch, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
